Career:

He is a professor and a director of postgraduate for doctorate of the mathematics department of Shanghai University now. He graduated from the mathematics department of FuDa university in 1968.

He graduated from the mathematics department of the Shanghai university science and technology with science master degree in 1982. He engaged in advanced studies in Leuven university of Belgium from September 1988 to March 1990. He has been working in the mathematics department of Shanghai university (original the mathematics department of Shanghai university science and technology) since 1981.

Research fields: mathematical programming, combinatorial optimization.

He has doing the research on mathematical programming and combinatorial optimization for more than 20 years, and has published more than 50 papers on these topics.

He is now the permanent member and the vice secretary-general of the Chinese mathematical programming research committee, the member of Chinese scheduling specific committee, the member of Shanghai industrial and applied mathematics committee. He is also the member of editorial board of the journal of Shanghai university (natural science in Chinese).

Lectures: linear programming, linear programming and network, mathematical programming, combinatorial optimization, the theory of computational complex, the scheduling theory and algorithms, the advanced operation research.

Direct the postgraduate: He has directed one postgraduate for doctorate and 13 postgraduates for masters, and is directing 4 postgraduates for doctorate and 6 postgraduates for masters now.
